Self-learning centre

The CLA self-learning centre includes multimedia laboratories located on its premises, that provide numerous resources which learners can use independently to improve their skills in their chosen language. The resources that can be accessed from the workstations allow learners to monitor their own progress and identify any gaps in learning, enabling targeted remedial action.

The web resources provide  links to sites where you can  for example to read newspapers in a foreign language, have fun playing language games such as crosswords and puzzles, watch videos, etc. In addition, you can find online resources that give you the opportunity to practise various language skills, doing specific exercises in reading and listening comprehension, lexis and grammar in use, etc.

Self-learning can thus lead to greater accuracy and fluency in the use of the foreign language and is an integral part of the learners' continuous learning.
